Video Customer Service (VCS)

Sprint Relay Video Customer Service enables the customer contact with a Sprint representative who uses American Sign Language (ASL). VCS can provide technical assistance; handle billing questions or other customer service issues.

VCS is available only for customers who purchased a Blackberry or other wireless device from the Sprint Relay Store.

To set up appointment with the VCS representative:

  • Send an email to vcs@sprintrelaystore.com, with your name, and a short description of your question or problem with your device.
  • An automatic email will be sent from the Video Customer Service to make an appointment for a videophone call.
  • You will be given a tracking number for your ticket in order to follow the progress in resolving your issue.

Porting a Wireless Phone Number to Your New Sprint Phone

When your new Sprint wireless device arrives, please send an e-mail to Video Customer Service (VCS) at vcs@sprintrelaystore.com. This will start the process of moving your wireless number to your new Sprint phone.

Provide a copy of your wireless phone bill from your current provider. Very important: do not cancel service with your current provider. If you cancel your account with them, you will not be able to port your phone number to Sprint. Wireless service to your old phone will automatically be cancelled when your phone number is ported to your new Sprint wireless phone. Please fax or send correspondence to:

How long will port take?

It can require up to two days to port your wireless number to Sprint. VCS will contact you if it is taking longer than expected.

  • Incoming call will be blocked. When making the outgoing phone calls, you will be billed at $0.20 per minute for local voice calls or $0.40 per minute for long distance voice calls. The incoming call block may be removed by contacting our video customer service, with the exception of the Palm Pre, HTC Hero, Samsung Moment and Palm Pixi. If the incoming call block is removed, you will be billed at the same rate as the outgoing phone calls.
