Sprint Video Customer Service (VCS)

Sprint Relay Video Customer Service (VCS) allows customers to contact a Sprint representative who uses American Sign Language (ASL). VCS provides technical wireless device assistance, handles billing questions or other customer service issues. For more information on VCS, click here.

VCS is available for people who purchased an Android, Blackberry or other wireless device from the Sprint Relay Store or Sprint Store.

To set up appointment with the VCS representative:

  • Send an email to vcs@sprint.com, with your name and a short description of your question or problem with your device. Please include the best time to reach you and your VP number.
    • To change a voice plan to the Sprint Relay Data only plan, please include your full name, Sprint wireless telephone number and account number.
  • An automatic email will be sent from VCS to make an appointment for a videophone call.
  • You will be given a tracking number for your ticket in order to follow the progress in resolving your issue.

Technical Support

If you need a technical support for your Sprint BlackBerry device, please contact 1-800-927-2199 (voice) through the relay service, and then press option 1. For other devices (not BlackBerry), call 1-877-654-9111 (voice) through relay service, and then press option 2.

Cancel Service and Return Device

Contact VCS or if urgent call 1-866-514-0109 (voice) and request to cancel your account and return your device. They will transfer your call to the department that handles cancellations. They will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and ship a return kit to your attention.

Smartphones require an additional $10 Premium Data add-on with the Sprint Relay Data Only Plan* with unlimited data usage while on the Sprint network. Requires new activation with a 2-year agreement or upgrade. Other monthly charges apply.

    • Video text messages are not included
  • Incoming calls are blocked on all devices. The block is not removable on Google Android OS, iOS and Windows OS devices.
    • However, on all other devices, the block can be removed by contacting our Video Customer Service (VCS@Sprint.com).
    • If the incoming call block is removed, you will be billed $0.20/min for local voice calls or $0.40/min for long distance voice calls.
    • NOTE: 9-1-1 will not be blocked
